    We do our best to ensure all items will arrive with you safely and in perfect condition however in the unlikely event that your item does arrive damaged in anyway please email us at sales@thehomeedit.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damages and we will get back to you asap.

    Yes some items can be customized. These items are: *Made to measure cushions (these items have an identification banner included on them) *The House edit Prints- these can be customized to a specific size. Please use the contact us form regarding this.
